6. Virtual Currency

Virtual coins and any other virtual items or currency:

• Are provided solely for entertainment and in-game use
• Have no monetary value whatsoever
• Cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for real money or anything of value
• Cannot be purchased with real money
• May be reset or modified at any time for game balance or other reasons
• Are not your property and grant you no ownership rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including games, graphics, text, code, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to SapphireBlueJoy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

Because virtual currency has no real-world value, you acknowledge that you cannot suffer monetary loss from using the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SapphireBlueJoy from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Modifications to Service

• Change, add, or remove games or features
• Adjust virtual currency amounts, game mechanics, or payouts
